Hello JayB1008,Thanks for that info and choosing the Apple Support Communities. If I understand correctly, you are unable to accept invitations to events sent to you in the Calendar app on your Mac, even though the event will show on your calendar. First, see if you can send a reply to the invitation and if the person that created the event receives your reply with these steps:
